Speeding up your computer:
This guide is separated into two section, software and hardware.
SOFTWARE- These do not technically make your computer faster. However, from the regular user's point of view, it will create an illusion of doing so. The appeal of these solutions is that they are free and easy. I recommend free software a lot here, not because it is free, but because it really is the best available.
Better Operating System- I recommend Ubuntu Linux. It is free: http://www.ubuntu.com/
Malware- If you are going to stick with Windows (you are making a mistake), you need to run anti virus scans. I recommend ClamAV: http://www.clamwin.com/
Be Smart- Opening 50 apps at a time is not going to increase your productivity if each of them goes painfully slow. Get to know the limits of what your computer can do, and follow them. This is especially true if you are using Windows, as programs tend to crash.
Start Fresh- Over time, junk accumulates on your computer, especially if you are using Windows. By whipping your hard drive, you can make your computer like new. I would recommend installing a new operating system while you are at it (see "Better Operating System"), but you can also just use the Windows CDs that came with your computer.
HARDWARE: This is the only way to truly make your computer faster. These upgrades are listed in approximate order of difficulty, starting with easy. If you are uncomfortable opening your computer, you could have someone else do them for you. If you want recommendations on what upgrades will do the most for your computer, post the hardware details on your machine.
RAM- This is very easy to install, making it a nice and easy way to boost performance. I recommend 1-2 GB, on the 2GB side if you are running Vista.
Graphics Card- This is only going to boost your performance with graphics. However, it is easy to install.
Processor- This is a relatively challenging install, but you can do it. Make sure you processor is dual or quad core if you want good performance.
Note that you may have to upgrade your power supply to meet the needs of your upgraded hardware.

Several things you might try yourself. Defrag it to start. Clean out your old E-mails, and junk mail in the deleted section. Eliminate any programs that you aren't using regularly, and finally get rid of any favorites that you may have collected, but don't need. This should speed it up some.

first of all, please be careful. you need to merely be confident you're starting to be sufficient nutrients to furnish you potential for existence. The extra total ingredients you will get as against processed, packaged, many times greater fat ingredients. decide for grilled meats with seasonings and clean end result and vegetables. stay far flung from sauces, gravies and dressings. Iceberg lettuce isn't nutritious, attempt the darker green leafs for salads. combination olive oil (solid fat mandatory to help your physique and take in nutrients) with vinegar or purple wine vinegar for a salad dressing. sustain the taekwando. in case you're able to do some gentle weight guidance as that helps with weight-loss and toning of muscle tissues. A lb. of muscle burns 9X extra energy than a lb of fat. solid success and take care of your self.

Its probably a problem with viri or spyware.
Consider this an excellent time to recognize that
your operating system is defective. I recommend replacing
it with one of:
http://fedora.redhat.com
http://www.opensuse.org
http://www.debian.org
http://www.ubuntu.org
http://www.slackware.org
http://www.freebsd.org
http://www.opensolaris.org
Any of these will be more reliable, less susceptible to
viri, uses your hardware more efficiently, and they're
all free.
