until a couple of months ago, we lived in an apt. near nashville, TN. it was 3 bed/2 bath and really nice. Rent started 6 yrs ago at $799 and at the end we were paying $830. Not bad!

Actually, i live w/ my parents in southern ontario canada. They own but a house like our would be about 1700- 2000 a month if not more.

i just went from a home to an apartment a few months ago. too busy to do the whole grass cutting thing and other maintenance anymore. anyway, it's a luxury apartment for just under $800 and that includes water and high speed internet. I'm in northern kentucky just outside of cincinnati.

Live in NY (not NYC) and have a pretty spacious 2 bedroom apartment and pay $995.00 a month...

i'm in the u.k, north-west, £385 a month for a big enough 2 / 3 bed town-house. which is cheap.
