An objective reality would mean that the world around us is the same for everyone: the haves and have nots, those in power and the refugees, those at war and those at peace. Reality for all these people would remain the same... the money or the crust of bread, the attention or the lack of it, the bullets and bombs or the lack of them.
It's an interesting question that I'll star... but I disagree with the premise of an objective reality, simply because of the many examples of the discrepancies in eye-witness reports, and because of the pure variety of awareness all people themselves possess. I think reality itself is subjective, since we're only aware of it as individuals and individuals differ.

Reality with its changing and evolving nature is always subjective .Our concept of the world does not remain the same, it matures and changes from childhood to the present day.
The reality of nature for a banyan tree is different from that of a rose plant . It depends on the inherent characteristics an individual or a thing possesses.

Reality is an awareness issue. People don't realize true reality. For one thing, we are always behind at least a split second. We don't know what we've sensed until after the fact. We sometimes think well, but not instantaneously. Additionally, we never have access to enough information. We are too limited to know reality, but we're working on it!

I think it can be both subjective and objective. If you "perceive" reality the wrong way with wrong ideas or a trace of ignorance then reality will be subjective even though it may seem objective to you.

Yes,It is true,B'cas Objectivity means something which has quantity or quantum in Einstein term.On the other hand subjectivity means of someones , i mean it is relevant to one who has thinking ability. So something which has quantity is called object and we can see it and we use to say as real what we see. so object can be seen and therefore is real. so reality is objectivity. On the other hand thoughts or thinking of some one can not be seen or they r not in quantity form so reality is not subjective.

In the Talmud we read: "we see what we are." Whatever the objective reality, it is viewed differently by the artist, the schizophrenic, the architect, the policeman, the child, etc. Put 'em all together like the group of blind men, and maybe they can approximate what reality's "elephant" looks like! I wonder?

Reality being subjective would mean that each person's reality is different because their personality, emotions, intellect, everything, distorts how they interpret reality. That reality is different for each person. I agree with that.
I don't believe that reality is objective, that there is one reality that we all experience the same.
Nice profile picture.

The reality is objective in its nature, but because of different way of perceiving it we all, each of us lives in his own subjective reality.

Hmm.. ofcourse, something that is real to one maybe unreal to some one else.
True for one maybe false for other.
And yes, everything doesn't always have an answer as either as 'yes' or 'no' so it all depends on individual perception of reality.
