Eww... Crickets are loud, escape and stink =(
How about trying superworms ("king mealworms") instead?
They are pretty easy to breed, are quiet, don't smell and Beardies love them =)

expect every adult female to lay approx. 100 eggs so you'll have to figure out how how many babies you'll need. I started with 2 dozen adults (large) and have about 500 (surviving) 1/4 inch pinheads right now.
Did I mention that crickets stink? *PHEW!!* LOL Anyway, I hope that I helped =)

i think that 4 dozen crickets is more than enough, but keep in mind that you have to get them a breeding tank(which is separate from the bearded dragon's tank), and that they won't have babies from one day to another, but yeah i think that when they have babies, they'll have enough to feed him for about a month

Yahoo answers is not the place to start. Try googling bearded dragons and you will find a wealth of info.
