How does Cheryl turn into a demon in Lamberto Bava's Demons?
I have watched this millions of times and everytime I have watched it I watch to see if Cheryl gets scratched but she does not.This part of the movie does not make any sense.
Can you help me?

...that used to bug the heck out of me, too!!!

At the end, before the final credits roll, the camera zooms in on Cheryl's beau, as least two or three times; you pretty much expect that he's going to become a demon...and then, Whammo!!! It is Cheryl who transformed!!!

...I think that in this case (and I finally resigned myself this), you pretty much just have to throw the logic of the story out the window, at this point; apparently, director Bava wanted to pull the ol' deception trick, like the classic magician illusion, who diverts your attention with one hand, while he's doing something with the other hand...irregardless of whether it makes sense or not!!!

...I thought maybe Bava might pull the same deceptive trick, in the sequel, "Demons 2" (...boy, talk about a movie not making any sense!!!), by having the surviving pregnant girl, at the end of the film, give birth to a demon; it seemed that things were shaping up for that to happen...and that would have been REAL COOL, and all...but unfortunately, that didn't happen...
