Girls and boys are always at a different place at the same ages. Girls mature, physically, sooner, so their sense of themselves as a "person" hits earlier. Boys don't get to that until they're well into their teens, after their voice changes, and they get some height. So, girls come across as arrogant twits when they're 11 or 12, and boys don't hit that until they're 15 or 16.
Well, that's when I was a kid and that's been a very long time ago.
It all works out. Just have faith.

Maybe be cause girls are always telling each other they are cute, their parents say they're cute and because to some guy some girl will be cute, which pretty much gives all girls someone saying they are cute. So every girl is cute.

Not all girls think they are cute. There are plenty of insecure ones out there.
And so what if every girl thought she was cute? What is wrong with that? It is great to be confident. Everyone should feel good about his or herself.

Not me!My self-esteem gets a lot better w/ age but was once non-existent, thanks to arrogant, nasty boys constantly cutting my looks to shreds.Kudos to ANY girls w/ a good self image of themselves, "ugly" or not.
Maybe one day you'll see true beauty on the inside.

and not all females think their cute.
you have some females with low self -esteem
and even if all females were like that, that would be a good
thing.
I heard some of the most prettiest females call themselves ugly, and sometimes you have to them their not, to make them feel good.

So they can justify being Bs to boys. That way they can tell themselves that they are worth all of the crap guys have to put up with to be with them.
