Because it is sandwiched between New York and Philadelphia... it has a lot of chemical plants and other industry that gives it a bad name... some NJ cities like Jersey City and Newark and Camden have had crime problems, and comedians and radio hosts in NYC and Philly keep perpetuating the 'bad reputation'... I personally love a lot about NJ, and I think people should take another look at it, because it has great things to offer.

I don't necessarily know that New Jersey has a bad reputation. I do perceive it to be highly industrialized, but I haven't been on the East Coast since I was in junior high school.

I like NJ.
They have lovely beaches(Especially in Southern Jersey)
Southern NJ is totally different from what some people think. They have lots of open rural land and forests.
A lot of it looks like Delaware too. Toll roads are their way of getting funding for highways and transportation.
Bon Jovi rocks too and he's a NJ man.

Passing lane? i did no longer even understand there became a passing lane. I merely theory people circulate lane to lane so they are in a position to get to the place they are in a position to circulate. lol in any case, the left lane on the throughway is meant to be the quickly lane and the superb lane is meant to be the sluggish lane for automobiles coming interior the throughway and to get off the exits. The left lane is merely sluggish while you're no longer on the throughway considering you're able to ought to decelerate for a left hand turn.
