maybe u should have wrote : 'how to get from doha to beirut' in the title.. it might have not been removed... I think it's Yahoo regulations... after all... not every question that gets deleted is reported... there are questions that Yahoo ppl themselves remove...
EDIT: CJ, Toushka is a she... she was a Y!A regular, got married, is pregnant now and she's living in Qatar with her hubby..

They shouldn't allow just anyone to delete questions
they could report them and then someone else make the decision if it needs to be deleted, but if think its wrong how they just delete questions
