Why can't I get the 'at' symbol on my computer keyboard?

I bought a new computer keyboard because I could not get the 'at' symbol but I am still having the same problem. Could the computer be faulty. Please help.

i had this problem once..
i think it has something to do with the computer settings im not sure

the two symbols that were mixed up on mine we " and @

i just had to get use to using them like that

it's your computer set for an english keyboard?
if not, you can use " alt 320 " keys for a @ simbol

I'm not sure... make sure you're pressing the SHIFT key and holding it down and then press the @/2 key.

i was lost it one ...when changing keyboard language ...but i can manage to fix it latter !
