Look at it objectively and you will see why Bush was included - waging war on a sovereign country which was not a threat. Don't include Chavez, he hasn't done anything wrong.

Well, it is believed that the worlds most powerful men are:

1- The President of the United States.

2- The President of Russia.

3- The Captain of a nuclear Submarine.

Assuming the above is true, then top 3 dangerous leaders are also the same as listed above.

Best Regards.

Axis of EVIL: G.W. Bush, Oussama Bin Laden, Ayatollah Ali Khameni's.

The reason behind this selection is because in my opinion the 3 are involved together. Bin Laden cowardly attacked the USA on Black sep. 2001, thus giving Bush the reason to invade Afghanistan and then al-qaeda entered Iraq through Iran. And once again giving Bush the reason to invade Iraq, moreover, after the American occupation for Iraq, more and more collaboration waas being held with Iranians. This axis, threatens the whole region!

well, i would think that it's not really the person who is leader, and more what country they're leading. A person could be really dangerous, but without the resources, won't really do much damage. So in line with that, the three most dangerous leaders would be the leaders of the USA, Japan and Britain. The USA because of the large military power it has, plus the nuclear weapons. Japan because of all the technology, (and because they're all like super-geniuses), and also because of their capability to kill us all with nuclear weapons. Britain because of the navy (still one of the best in the world), the nuclear weapons, and the fact that we have some of the most deadly bacteria/viruses sent to the UK every week from across the world to be tested. It would be easy for the government to get hold of these, and start using them for, well, evil. Also, all three countries are very technologically advanced, have well trained military forces, and nuclear weapons/the potential to quickly build nuclear weapons. And because they have a lot of influence over other countries.
After these would be China, Russia, and South Korea, for obvious reasons. Basically, though, i think it's not the person, it's the country they are running that makes them dangerous.

Iran - the man is a lunatic and when a lunatic is in charge anything can happen - Hitler is a prime example.
Pakistan - there is so much unrest in that country and it is very corrupt. It is also the training ground for terrorists.
Russia - it is trying to establish itself as a major world force again.
The problem is that America has a short fuse and if it feels threatened in anyway it will strike. When it does it normally creates more problems than it solves.

All and others that are not named in your list. As not the names of the leader is dangerous but they`re actions. So how should we stop further actions, similar to today`s actions, of our future presidents? Not only from USA, but from all around us. How? You should ask yourself, and as well answer yourself. You are the people that you cry for, you are the people that dream about as saviours of our planet. But not only planet, as our planet will 'live' further on, but our "Soul" (that means love, family, community, justice, freedom, feeling warm inside, those feelings that now in some countries do not exist anymore.) Those feelings of security, but not overwhelming security.

Who are the top 3 most dangerous leaders? All those who take the wrong actions over and over and over again.

edit: Have no idea why people gave me thumbs down, maybe cause I said soul? well if they can`t comprehend what I meant I don`t care. I respect they`re opinion though.

But if they have understood they would have not gave me those thumbs down.

Bush - is one of the most dangerous leaders. And all of the others such as Bin Laden, Vladimir Putin, etc. Not in this order anyway, cause they all share one thing: greed (for power or money or something similar).
Some of them share War, and the blood from the innocents.

Surely Mugabe deserves more votes for this one? One of the formerly richest countries in Africa in parts is now poorer than Somaila and Darfur. All because of this guy, pure evil spreading death and destruction in his own nation

No# 1 has to be G W BUSH. He is the most dangerous because of hisability to fool the great nation of America into beliveing in the Axis of evil. he fooled them into thinking Saddam Hussien was connected to the tower distruction. and then he went on to fool the entire world into believeing he could rid the world of terrorisum. and nuke jst so long as the USA is the only one with them.

Even i believed in him once . now i see he himself is a terrorist. I think him a muderer for all the american and Our British boys he is responsible for getting them killed.

No# 2 must be Putin . he wants to revive the old Russia with its nukes and ideals. he is the one man i think would try to use them. he also controlls to much of the fuel the world needs to survive. this may be the one thing every one would think is worth another war for..
he like bush has no problem killing his own in the name of personal power and world peace, as he see's it of course

No# 3 must be North Koreas leader . he has had his finger on the button of war for a long time. he would have nio compunction in starting a war . nor does he care how many die tio achive his ideals and goals for the world.

to compond all this G W BUSH has seen to it that north korea is as mad as hell at the USA over unfounded accusations of being colabotators in the 9/11 attacks, also the US threats of attacks if they dont comply with Emporer Bush's wishes towards who is allowed to have nukes. ( the USA is as far as i can see the only nation that is allowed to have nuke capabilities according to BUSH)

1. Osama bin Laden - has no problem killing indiscriminately because of his religious beliefs. Is not strongly associated with any one country enough that they can be held accountable for his actions. He has sympathizers in numerous countries and armed allies/soldiers in many more. Will not stop plotting to bomb, kill, destroy all of Europe and North & South America until he's dead.

2. Kim Jong-Il - Mad dictator with nuclear capability, powerful army and starving populace. Has pronounced a willingness to use nuclear weapons.

3. Ahmadinejad - Has stated that Israel must be wiped off the face of the planet and has hosted an anti-Semite conference in which the holocaust was decried as a hoax. Is seeking nuclear capability and has pronounced a willingness to use nuclear weapons.

The reason no American leaders would be in the Top 3 is because unlike those above, they can be more easily removed from power. Plus, like it or not, Bush & Cheney aren't acting alone, their countrymen elected him and stand by and do relatively little while they continue their actions.
