I suppose it depends entirely on what is ending, what is beginning. I was very sad indeed when the job I had held, and was proud to do well, for 16 years came to an end. And I was very sad to leave my friends in California behind when I moved. But I was looking forward happily to my new beginning in Missouri, and in fact the move has been very good for me in a number of ways.
On the other hand, I was not at all sad to leave the tacky old apartment for which I was paying way too much rent and move into a comfy nice AIR CONDITIONED one which is larger and costs about half as much as the one in Boulder Creek.
All major change involves good and bad. In fact, I suspect most everything involves both good and bad.

It depends on the ending.
At the end of my battle with cancer, I looked forward to a new life without all the time in the hospital and to start healing myself.
At the end of my friend's life, I was sad to see him go. Sorry I never got the chance to tell him how much I appreciated the way he effected my life and the laughter he brought with him when ever we visited together.
So all in all, that is a hard question to answer and I have to look at every ending individually.

Very few endings make me feel sad. I am by nature a happy person and eager to step on to the new beginnings. Rarely do I look back...

Look forward to new beginnings. It ended for a reason. Move forward and try to smile.

They can be sad, but they can sometimes be long overdue and a refreshing new start. Sometimes endings are truly unfortunate. In this case, it is a blessing because the one ending things was never worthy of what was.

That's depends on the situation. lf you're watching a movie with a sad ending, face it. Just a movie for entertaiment.
But it's it's happening to you in reality, take it and swallow it.
lf there's no ending,there won't be a new beginning.
Life is like a wheel of recycling.
