is there any software to increase speed or i must change hardware to morethan 1.6GHz

it is instaling but not running.is there any software to solve problem or i need to change into 1.7GHz or more

I believe you have an Intel E2140, 1.6Ghz. That is NOT a slow processor. It belongs to Core2 Duo family, thus, can handle more instructions per clock cycle. You could opt to overclcock it to >1.7Ghz.
BUT perhaps your show stopper is really your graphics card. You could be using slow integrated graphics. Better install a good graphics card.

If you have a 1.6Ghz Dual Core, then you have more then the 1.7Ghz that it needs. It maybe your Graphics card/chip set or Driver. If your running Windows Vista you may have to run it in compatibility mode. If it actually runs, but wont let you play 'cuz it says you need 1.7Ghz then you've got a real problem. Just Lower The Resolution Of The Game And it's Textures
And you will be Fine.

Depending on the hardware in the computer, it may be overclockable. If not your out of luck. You maybe able to upgrade the processor though.

Check the manufacturer of your computer.

install the game and try if your pc is able to play it or not. know that most games give adittional requirements to games in order to be played smoothly
