i bought a fossil watch 3 monthes ago but i cant clean it (its hands r made of real leather) so do u think that if i took it to the com. theyll replace them for free or i ve got to pay?

I don't really think so, as the warranty doesn't usually cover any damage caused by personal use. You'd better take it to a jewlery shop and they'll clean it for you.

What does the warranty say? Every warranty is different so you have to read the warranty that came with the watch. Also, warranties are only good if you send in the warranty paper that comes with it to the company and if you keep the original receipt that you purchased it with. IF you have that receipt or if you sent the warranty in, then you can follow the directions on the paperwork that came with the watch and it will cover whatever it says on that paperwork. If you do not have any of that, then the only suggestion is to call the company that made the watch and talk with them personally. They will tell you what you can do.
