THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BECOME HABITUAL TO TAKE MONEY BECAUSE BUSINESSMEN OFFER THEM MONEY EVEN BEFORE THEM THEY ASK FOR THE MONEY. BUSINESSMEN DO NOT WANT STAND IN QUE TO GET THEIR WORK DONE. THEY USE SHORTCUT WAY TO GET THEIR WORK DONE.

Why so much of spelling mistakes- almost distorting the meaning of the question?
It is not all staff. It is given by British. Now Americans are standardising it in the name of kickbacks,freebes, discounts etc. The only way out is to legalise and standardise the bribe- upto 50% to the person and 50% to the government, with a condition- if the work is not accomplished, the person would be shot down

Not really correct.They take money to do legal,authorized and properly laid down work and it's called 'speed money'.
