when you say " i keep sending a message",does it mean you keep sending the same message? or maybe you keep sending messages?

it depends really it cud mean both!

It seems to imply the same message over and over, otherwise you would likely say "I keep sending messages." That could also mean the same message over and over, but the first way "a message" is more likely the same message.

I would think the singular means you keep sending the same message. "Keep sending messages" would mean you keep sending messages of various subjects and meanings.
