The Wierd part is that still works when im using PowerDVD
but i have no sound in any other place .
Please Help i tried everything

you have a conflict in your sound card driver and another program (probably both on the same irq)
to fix
start - control panel - system - hardware - device manager -
look for any ! or x marks
delete them and reboot your computer

Try Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore to roll back your PC to the closest date before the problems happened.

Is it a laptop or a regular computer? If it's a laptop it may be b/c you are not logging off of your computer and shutting down completely. Anytime you know you are going to be away from your computer for a long period of time, always log off and shut it down, don't leave it on stand by. The same thing happened to mine.

One- you have have been given mute it acccidentally, click on the quantity variety on the backside perfect hand corner of your computer screen to confirm Secondly, the speaker wires connecting to the rear of your CPU might have come loose, turn the CPU and hit upon the speaker's twine to confirm. desire those help!

Sorry but Ive Never heard of powerDVD...
you probably have to re-install the soundcard.
