Look, this is my computer. I have the password. I don't know how to switch to the administrator account. I have logged onto the control panel - I found the administrator account - but I don't know the method to 'switch' to it. There is no function, button or icon that says, "Click here to switch to administrator account" I found a place to require no password - clicked that - still don't know how to switch. I created a new administrator account - shut down, came back and chose the new account - STILL won't let me update MSN messenger without switching to the administrator account in spite of already being there. It is my only daily contact with my daughter please help...

Ask the person who "administers" the PC to get the updates for you. They have the needed password.
