Okay, so I am a sucker for romances. Not romantic comedies but those sappy love stories that will make you cry. My faves are...

If Only
A Walk To Remember
Love Comes Softy
The Notebook

Has anyone seen any of these? If so what did you think of them? Also has anyone got any suggestions of good romances? I feel like a good cry.

Thanks!

When i need a good cry "Notting Hill" will do it every time. Love that movie.
I've been recommended 'The Notebook' but have yet to see it - on my list.

I'm also a huge fan of romantic movies. I'm a fan of Nicholas Sparks in which he wrote both the notebook and a walk to remember. Try these also:
Bed of Roses
Love Story
Harold and Maude
When a Man Loves A Woman

Try Korean Movies, if you don't mind reading english subtitles, then they definitely are worth a viewing. There are many titles available on dvd. Most of their good ones are real tearjerkers, the koreans seem to be addicted to melodramas with twists and even sad endings, so prepare some tissues when you watch em. Even guys are not immune. Some of the ones I really liked are:

"The Classic"(a.k.a. Keulraesik)
"My Sassy G1rl"
"Sad Movie"
"Lover's Concerto"
"IL MARE"(remade by Hollywood into "The Lake House" starring Sandra Bullock and Keannu Reeves)

There are lots more, but these 5 are the ones that made me suddenly pretend I had something in my eyes : P
