I am looking for someone to do a minor repair to a Ship in a Bottle in the East of England preferably.?

A previous owner has damaged the cork in the bottle, and left cotton thread lying on the sea, also the masts need a little straightening. I do not have the necessary skills or tools to do this job, but hope that somebody who either makes them or sells them can help me.
