what will take the spraypaint off my surfboard??

First of all you should know the formulation of the paint; IE: Enamel, Lacquer, Epoxy, etc. then proceed with the proper solvent.

Second; many surfboards are "gelcoated" and depending on the finish of your board, which you might know, certain solvents may effect that finish.

Certainly you can begin mild; such as mineral spirits and a "scrunge". You might have modest success with "Goof Off" but even in that there are solvents that damage surfaces.

Knowing the composition of the spray paint and the surface coating of your board should be the first knowledge you gain; before using something that might alter or destroy the base finish on the board.
