Take water in a beaker. put a wire gauge on a tripod stand and set it over a burning bunsen burner and put the beaker over it and wait for the bubbles, as you get the first bubble that means the vapour pressour of water became equal to the atmospheric press. ( which happens at 100 deg for water). So as the first bubble appears, your water start boling so if you have asked just to boil it , turn off the burner. thats it.

Put some water in a small beaker. Place a lighted Bunsen burner under it and when the water gets hot enough it will boil.

set up a Bunsen burner
light it
put a tripod over Bunsen burner
put beaker over tripod
add water to beaker
when bubbling
the water is passing 100 c
and is perfect for the lecturers coffee

Boil water ? I mean seriously, have you even read the question properly ?

What you really need is a thermometer and a stand to hold it in place. Dip the bulb into the water until the Hg reaches 100 degrees Celsius and stays there.

I hope you will be able to figure out how to heat the water.

fill a saucepan with cold water from the tap
put the hob on the oven on
place the saucepan on the oven
leave it on for about 5-10 minutes

place wate "A" in pot "B" place on stove "C" turn on high, and wait. In about 5-10 minutes....TADDA! boiling water. If you add an egg you could have breakfast in about 15min. Oh, place egg in boiling water, not directly on stove.
