Can I use a Cirrus card to buy online?

anyone know? i'm hoping to use it to book flight tickets

The cirrus logo indicates that your card can be used in ATMs, it has nothing to do with whether it can be used on-line.
If it is a credit card it can (most likely) be used. If it is a bank card not. I am not sure about debit cards, as I do not have one.
