No but not running the car for 3 months can screw up other stuff. Your battery probably dead. But engines that haven't been started in 3 months (especially in the summer) will have other problems (like gas drying up and becoming thick varnish).
You may have to get some sort of fuel additive (I am guessing).
Good Luck.

No - it will not mess the car up. But before jump starting, ensure the terminals are clean with no build up around them Other than resetting your electrical items there should be no adverse effects on the car or its systems. Once you start the car, give her a good run and she will sort herself out. She may be bit sluggish at first, but after a run will be her old self once again. Finally check if the battery is holding the charge and beyond that do not worry at all.

not at all, you'll have to reset your radio and clock, also you'll have to take it for a drive to allow the onboard computer to relearn it's short term memory, better check your chargeing system as well as doing a load test on your battery to make certain the system is still good

From personal experience, the engine will run rough for awhile. It will gradually iron out as the computer sets up engine to optimum performance.
