yes as a matter a fact.... i usually smoke less than a pack, or pack when i'm stressed; i've gone to 1 1/2 if i'm steady working on something at home, but this is getting ridiculous. I've never smoked that many in one day. this is WAY TOO MUCH.

You need a new habit.
Have you tried something like sex when you are stressed out? I think it would be better for you and you could get in to better shape too if you do it right.
