I was on holiday in Sharm with my friends. Me and my friend were going to get some info from reception and someone asked me and my friend to go and have a drink of tea in his shop so we did this man was really chatty but the love of my life now just said hi to me and my friend and made some tea and then left.
He didn't speak to me really but alot of his friends were saying flattering things to me but i wasn't interested. He asked me if i was interested in any of his friends but i wasn't and then one night he told me that he could read palms so i let him read my palm and he was telling me about my family and i really thought he could read plams but he had just over heard me talking to his friends.
I would go and sit in the shop at night time just to see him and chat to him and we got on really well. He hadn't spoken to me for a whole week cos he was shy to talk to me. Near to the point i was leaving we had really connected and we exchanged numbers and emails. The morning i left i was really emotional and he gave me a present and i didn't think he would contact me when i was back in England but he did and we kept in really good contact.
Now i have been going to Egypt every 2 months for a week or 2 for the whole of this year and i asked him can you really read palms he couldn't (obviously) he said he could cos he really liked me but didn't know how to start talking to me. We have been together for nearly a year now and i'm craxy about him as he is with me and i'm going to go and live over there to be with him next year and i can't wait i hope this next year goes really fast so i can be with the one i really love.

I was feeling very alone one evening while sitting at my computer in California so I came to ICQ and found somebody that sounded interesting. I sent a message asking if she would like to chat. It turned out we were very compatible and now, a little over five years later, we are together with my having moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina 2 1/2 years ago. A perfect match, if I might say so personally.

This will take some believing but it is true. I was in a recreation ground when a doodle bug (flying bomb) stopped coming towards me, there was a girl close by who did not really know what was happening. I pushed her to the ground and laid on her, I don't doubt somebody will say that this must be the original excuse to get on top of a girl, but I married her and we now approach our diamond wedding. For those that don't know when a doodlebug stops its on its way down. the bomb actually fell about five hundred yards away very close to Bickley Church in Kent

A hurricane wiped out my husbands base in Florida and he was sent to the base my father retired from. My husband wandered into a Holiday Inn lounge to watch some comedy acts one night and I waited his table. I thought he was cute but he wouldn't talk to me (turns out his buddy told him (my husband now) that he was working on me...like trying to get a date).
A few nights later he came back in the same lounge to show a new guy the local hot spots. My girlfriend started talking to him and mentioned that one of the waitresses thought he was cute. He came back in the following Wednesday to see who it was....and we started dating that night.
We have been together for 15 years now. I always tell people God wiped out a military base just to get us together.

His locker was next to mine throughout school. At the time, I had no skills or confidence to convey my feelings to him. He married another woman. I will never marry in my lifetime. He is my soul mate. I lost him to another. Wow, just typing this is very helpful to me. I guess love is alot like investing, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

from my point of view
you do not meet them, you CRASH into them !!
basically all people are blind to their soulmates until they smack them in their face
those people who immediately knew their very dear love the very first moment they laid eyes on them are gifted and truly blessed, and sometimes cursed (LOL)
"in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me....of which i cannot touch, because they are too near"
i met mine in a bus
first i heard of her name, people talking bout her
then i saw her in the bus flirting with other boys in a decent way because of her cheerful nature
the next day i talked to her and from there on she never stopped
her eyes was always on my mind
"if you wish be to close me.....i and my life will shut, suddenly beautifully...for as the heart of this flower imagine the snow carefully everywhere descending"

We went to a training center together. It took a fair bit of time (8 months) for me to realize that I love her. Then I proposed and we had a great time together. Now, she is not with me. Good luck to you.
