I have a girlfriend that loves me. I have enough money to tell my job to shove, and I did. They wanted me to go on the road. I'm taking a fireman's interview, getting my master in Engineering & Technical Managment, and I'm going to start my own business if I don't get the fireman thing. I almost have no signifigant worries and I have no negative influences around me. Why am I so lucky?

You just been making darn good choices.
Luck played no part in it.
You steered where you wanted to go and you're getting there.
That's a great example of 'actions speak louder than words'.

Congratulations!
Enjoy your rewards, and keep up the + energy.

Lucky you! It isn't really luck. It's a positive attitude, setting goals in life, being kind and respectful to people and loving who you are. These are all God given gifts and talent. I am happy for you but remember life does throw you curves. It is how you react to it that will seperate you from the rest. Money is good, but don't worship it or make it bigger than life. It is a possession that you won't take with you in the end. So be benevolent, happy, know where you are going and enjoy the love of a great woman. There's no better feeling! You are on a high in life. Enjoy!!!!!

Good to hear that, maybe time to share with the rest around you by maybe volunteering in a nonprofit organization?

God gives to the ones who have been good to the rest.

maybe you have been a good man and is paying off? I don't know but if you have no distractions, share what you have, if not money, share your time, ur love, ur knowledge. I am sure people around you need help.

You are an engineer so maybe couple hours tutoring students at high risk of dropping out of highschool or college will make you feel much better.

God Bless.

Well, except for the fireman thing, your in clover.

wanting to be one is admitting to seeking glory where there is only glory created by the media.

Don't worry, things will turn around. Your girlfriend will leave, You will lose your money and your job, and your business will fail. People will start badmouthing you for no reason.

Do not become too overconfident or your ship will sink.

Because you maintain a positive attitude and visualize what you want - not what you don't want. Your thoughts create your reality. Good job!

Good stuff, enjoy, but I'll tell you, you stay like this for long, you'll get bored, life becomes more exciting with more challenges.
