I really don't like bras (I'm 36C) but realize their importance. But I try to limit wearing them to when 'active' (at work, cleaning apartment, shopping etc). I try to give my boobs at least 20 minutes gentle massage a day and do a number of relevant exercises aim at reducing droop etc.

No, I wouldn't dream of wearing a bra in bed!

It's not a mandatory thing to wear a bra to bed. Some women do because they find it more comfortable. There are bras specially designed for this.

Drooping is caused by weakness in the ligaments and not by not wearing a bra. The more you wear a bra you increase you chance of developing breast cancer. Women who wear bras to bed increase their chance of breast cancer by more than40%. Is it worth it.

No - it won't stop premature drooping and it is better not to restrict breathing while sleeping.

You're not supposed to wear a bra to bed, because they are restricting and it is good not to wear one for a few hours.
However, I do wear one to bed because I find it more comfortable than not.

i read once that marilyn monroe wore a bra to bed everynight to keep her breasts firm. mine are pretty big (double d's) and i occasionally wear a bra if they're bothering me or my back is hurting. plus, there's nothing worse than rolling over onto your own boob in the middle of the night.

i guess it's just a personal choice.

No, we shouldnt.
I have read this long time ago in a magazine. Allowing breasts to be free from the pressure of bra during sleep is one os a "Do".
