my family for the most part doesnt give an opinion except for my brother he is a racist pig so you know where that goes he has tried everything including threatening to kill me to beat the crap out of him and he even calls my 5 month old daughter out of her name. this has been going on for 3 years now he is siding with my ex husband on a crusade to take my other girls away from me (11, 10, and 5) i try very hard to look over stupid people but he has cross the line now and any advice would be lovely thanks

I would stay away from him. If there is a family function that he will be at, I would not attend. If the rest of your family is not willing to stick up for you, they are as guilty as he is.
As for trying to take your kids away, if you are a good mom and they are taken care of, don't worry about it.
Just document everything that happens so you will have your list when it goes to court to prove your case. Every comment made, threats, etc.
Some people are just stupid and there is nothing that you can do to change that. All that you can do is live the best life that you can live and be happy. You being happy is the biggest torment of all to people like that!
