yeah, my sister is under 50 and doesn't own a mobile phone. its not that she's a technophobe its so her husband and teenage kids can't get hold of her when she's having a chill out moment.
Her husband has one so if there was a problem he could be contacted

as a methods through fact the regulation, in case you son is seen "able" to sign legal archives and enter into contracts, then extraordinarily beneficial it is going to be a tricky street to get issues dealt with, and he will might desire to be the only to cancel the money owed, in the event that they are in his call. If on the different hand, your or somebody else is his legal dad or mum in all concerns so a methods as money and signing contracts, and he has been declared no longer able to go into into contracts, that could desire to be settled up quite without postpone by using offering the place of work work to the businesses in touch and telling them, so long. yet that of direction skill you had all your geese in a row until now hand. From the sounds of your posting, that may no longer the case, as he comes and is going on his own and looks to be extraordinarily intense functioning, despite if he's taken advantage of. i do no longer understand how issues paintings so a methods as those with disabilities interior the united kingdom, yet i understand right here interior the states, if the guy does not have somebody that looks after the funds or have a dad or mum to safeguard their affairs, they are extraordinarily lots on their own, while they attain an age that they might sign contracts. And absolutely everyone taking advantage of them are scum, can not quite be prosecuted until the guy with the incapacity archives a grievance. because it would be appeared at as a chum doing a prefer for yet another chum, as a methods through fact the police are worried.

No but that is a very, very sad statistic. We got on well and managed to meet people off trains and planes etc long before mobile phones. We didn't panic or go "Gee I wish they would invent a portable telephone". We used our brains and arranged to meet at a certain time BEFORE we went out. Not rocket science.

I'm 39 and I don't have a mobile phone. I don't see the point in having one, unless I'm living out in woop woop where it's easy to break down but then again, it probably wouldn't get service out there anyway...it's a no win situation ha!

I can't think of anyone, it's funny because it seems like almost everyone does now just mainly excluding the slightly older generation.
