I think it is very difficult to be The Captain Of Indian Cricket Team, because they have the pressure of about 1000000000(hundred crore) people. So at present i think Yuvraj Singh should get this position we should give him a time to show his ability to do something as Captain.

no one can replace him. he isnt the best cricketer in this team but he was and he will be the best as a skipper.
A captain should have aggression, tactics and control on other team members. Last one is more inportant as we see in pak team. His captain has no controll on his boys and always there is a new controversy, nobody listen to nobody.
We wont want it for india.
Dhoni could be a good option bt he is a new guy and he could not get control over other senior players.
In the last- Dada is the only one option we have.
He should be the captain.

If Searching is keen and interested he can be given the opportunity. But it should not end up in his case like Lara.
After seeing some other answers here, Dada can also be tried since he is a great fighter and in Australia with luck he may end up with a series win. The BCCI should give him free hand and all seniors should cooperate whole heatedly.

I feel that they should appoint Ganguly as interim captain and Dhoni as his deputy and give him more exposure to take up captaincy in future.
