Yes, she's pretty, and the older and more mature she gets, the prettier she will become.
I hate to sound like a mom here, but you young girls are just too insecure with yourselves. I just can't help but notice all these "am I pretty?" posts up here, and it's not necessary.
Don't let television or magazines tell you what "beautiful" is. Honestly, Paris' nose is huge, Lindsey is a coke-head with a smoker's voice, and Britney got fat. And all those gorgeous photos you see of women in the magazines, yeah, well they're all PhotoShopped.
Beauty comes from within, and as far as the outside is concerned, your natural beauty is much better than anything you can find in magazines. Learn to embrace your hobbies and passions, have fun with your friends, and enjoy your youth. Make sure YOU'RE happy first, and your true beauty will have no choice but to shine through.

It's not the best picture...she looks uncomforable.
tell her to ditch the eyeliner all around her eyes.
she has very pretty eyes, that is a very bad camera angle and would make anyones nose look huge...I bet se would be pretty in person though....pictures suck.
