right click on "My computer" and select properties.

if thats not enough information for you, download a program called CPU-Z it will give you much more information:

Install belarc, it will display full detail of ur compuer. You need to download a freeware software. This very small utillity will guide u 100%

just click on the i-con of my computer and then go into the properties of my computer.. then all the information of your
computer will be dislayed.. where you can see profile of all your hardware devices.
