First do not do as Zill recommends that is too extreme, there are easier ways to fix this. Gregory D. & Evilweezil have good possibles. But first try this:

To reinitialize Windows Winsock and restore Internet connectivity, follow these steps:

1. Click Start>Run from the Windows Desktop.

2. In the Open: field type CMD, then click OK. The Windows Command Console will appear.

3. In the Command Console window type (or copy & paste) netsh int ip reset c:\Reset.txt

4. Press Enter on the keyboard.

5. In the Command Console window type (or copy & paste) netsh winsock reset

6. Press Enter.

7. Close the Windows Command Console (type exit) and Restart the computer. Internet connectivity will be restored.

If this does not work there is a good chance of a Virus or Damaged Run.DLL. Seek Tech. help!!!

If your PC is slowing down, or acting strangely, it's probably infected with malware. Use the link below to learn more about "malware".

Then, you need to install an Anti-virus, Anti-spyware tools and a Firewall. Use the Discovery Tab for more info.
