make a cinnamon drink with or without milk. Let it boil for at least 10 minutes. Drink it in the evening or at sohur. It slows absorbtion of carbohydrates which curbs the appetite. Its result shows more clearly when repeated day after day.

Needless to say it is also usefull any time not only in Ramadan, many have tried it and found it useful.

Put one tablespoon of cinnamon and 3 cups of water in a saucepan, boil over l;w heat for 10-15 minutes. Add milk and sugar -the least amount of sugar since sugar makes you hungry- and drink. If you like you can add some sticks of cinnamon too.

You you give me the complete recipe please how to make it with and with out milk please. That would be really helpful.
