I mean paper with a peelable backing so graphic stickers can be produced and cut out ?

Yes. A4 labels. Avery make them.

I'd add to Elfageek. There are at least two grades of spray adhesive - moveable and non-moveable. The former type lets you peel off easily.

The other point to make is that the peelable stuff is great when it works, BUT, if you get a paper jamb then it is a really big problem to sort out. That's why I'd recommend the spray option.

go to any bookstore and buy plain non-glossy sticker paper

Print your graphic and cut it out.

Then, go to any Craft / Hobby store and buy a can of "Spray Adhesive".

Done!

download a bit of porn then use the paper to sort yourself out with 10 minutes later, voila: sticky backed paper!!!
