I fathered a child with this woman years ago and every month she wants more and more money. I mean the shag wasn't even that good love. When is it ok to stop given her my money?

Tell her to go take a hike. She was more the contributor to having the child.

Let her go to the courts & get an order for you to pay. It will probably work out to be less than what she wants.

She is probably using the money you give her to keep some other guy.

Don't be taken to the cleaner - too many guys go down that path!

When the child turns 18 you can stop giving her money. Unfortunately you didn't wrap it up and/or she wasn't using birth control. I do think though that women who choose to have children against the man's wishes should not recieve any money. Men should be able to sign away parental rights and when doing this get out of child support payments. Of course, ideally this would be done before the child is a child/born this way the woman could still choose whether or not to proceed with the pregnancy. If she chooses to continue and keep the child, she is then choosing to be a single mom and does not get help. Unfortunately, the law doesn't work that way because there are too many stupid women who think that having a baby will take care of itself.

You have to remember that you're not giving her money for her, and that the quality of the shag is not the issue here. You couldn't have been all that fabulous yourself if you had unprotected sex with a woman you had no intention of spending the rest of your life with. More of a "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" kind of guy, are you? But I digress. To get back to your question, you are paying her money to help with the raising of the child you fathered, and it's quite natural for child-raising to become more and more expensive as the child grows older. Food, clothes, school expenses, etc. all cost a lot of money. So the next time you stick your littl'un in, stop and think that you're potentially buying yourself 18 years worth of financial obligations.

If you're gonna play, you've got to pay. The money is for the child and shouldn't have anything to do with how well she did the horizontal mambo. (Unless she has some reason to blackmail you??) If you don't want to pay any more money, wear protection so you don't father any more children. Sorry, but this one is an 18 year commitment.

When your child is an adult. Until then you have a responsibilty to him/her. Although I do suggest you set up a court approved support amount so that you can budget accordingly.

Now grow up, this is no longer about the quality of the sexual experience. It is about the quality of your fatherhood. Looks like it could use some improvement.
