In many countries, there is no social stigma attached to giving or accepting a bribe. To stop corruption, social awakening is must. If every citizen displays a sign reading " no bribe will be given by us " at his entrance and abide by it, corrupt practices will soon start ending and an awareness will be spread. Officials are adequately paid for the job they are supposed to do.

Where?
In Saudi Arabia?
In Israel?

That's how they are surviving.

If it's not for the Lobby they are paying they'd be part of the Arabia's desert.

Ban IAPAC and all Lobby manipulations and you will cure corruption.
