Oh yes, definitely. In this age, no one hardly takes the effort to write a letter anymore because of the cellphone and internet. Receiving one is totally romantic as well. It shows that the person truly cares for you since he/she takes the time to compose and write a letter.

In my opinion, I think it's more romantic than to write a love letter and also receive it. It's more exciting and suspenseful enough and interesting to someone's handwriting. Plain messaging using the internet or a cellphone is quite boring to me. It's little appealing. A love letter is more appealing.

Defiantly a love letter. I still have mine from 1970. (they were not from my husband either.) I will never throw them away.
