Hi i am first time mum, was induced and forcepped. AFter 6mths i was diagnosed with 2 degree prolapse. Been have dry dark green discharge and solid vaginal discharge. Im really worried as the doctors here are saying different things. One says i have a physiologically long cervix (one side) and thats the mound sticking out of me. Another doctor said that i was damaged dring childbirth and healed wrongly and i need a hysterectomy. Lately i have been having dark green dry vaginal discharge as well as solid brown things coming out of me. My period is very irregular 22 days but now only 21 days and i have it again. Its all very worrying, my baby is only 9mths old. Please help.

This could be an indicator of infection. Ask your doctor if they did cultures to check for infections like Group B Strep as well as the possibility of an infection going on to cause this discharge.

I'm a Strep B carrier and when I get symptoms of it the first thing I will notice is green discharge.
