Considering what a Junkie Nazi America's Angryman, Rush Slimeball, is, he's probably referring to Eva Braun.

That could also be his pet name for the little boy sex slaves that he was visiting in the Dominican Republic when he got busted with the stolen Viagra.

Breck Shampoo, back in the 1930's, had a long-lasting advertising campaign featuring paintings of healthy, gorgeous girls. They became known as "Breck Girls," which is kind of like "The Budweiser Clydesdales," but slimmer through the hips.

Breck also sponsored some beauty contests, which helped promote their name as synonymous with a lovely, healthy, young femininity. With really shiny hair, and a soft, shimmery light surrounding it, of course.

So today "Breck Girl" is used to indicate that type. (Think Mary Lou Retton, pre-cheeseburger.)
