Yes, you can. You can get pregnant as long as there is a viable egg to fertilize. Usually the eggs don't live for more than a few days after ovulation, which is why that is the time of month you are most likely to get pregnant. It is possible for the egg to live longer though. Your period doesn't have anything to do with whether the egg is still alive, but just indicates that you haven't gotten pregnant yet.
