Call the cops and move in with the dad until that guy is gone. If you are her brother, then I think you should step up and do more to protect her, whatever possible.

Remove that young woman instantly!
If you are talking about yourself, leave now sweetie, don't remain in harms way. You don't have to go to the authorities if you don't want to (but you can), just pack a bag and get out.
No one deserves to be treated this way! If you have an adult you can trust, go talkto them and ask for help. If not, you are better off making your own way, then staying and risking a repeat performance.

Either call the police or tell your mother I mean if he tries to do this he probably already has raped someone and if your mother won't do anything then definitely call the police and move in with your father before he succeeds in raping you.

You report it to someone in a position to do something about it. Like a teacher, a trusted relative or even the police. And you do it NOW.
Good luck.
Peace.

Throw the guy out and not let him come back into the house. Then send the daughter to live with her father.

Umm what do you think! Tell her. If she doesn't listen, call the cops! You know they can do something. Try telling and adult at school.
