A while ago there was a project floating around for making a fake aquarium. The liquid would solidify like glue but it would still be clear so that it would appear the fish (or whatever) would be floating in a fish bowl, without the mess and or smell of real fish. Does anyone know what that product is?

Water Gel.

It's this stuff you make out of a box, you can get it at craft stores.
It turns water to a solid gel. Here's a link to some.
