"Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining” was the title of a 1996 book by television’s “Judge Judy” (Judith Sheindlin). The phrase is an old Yiddish one. A variant is: “Don’t spit in my face and tell me it’s raining.”
It’s somewhat possible that the phrase was used in the West. Clint Eastwood’s film The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976) contained: “There’s another old saying, Senator: Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.” Alabama Governor George Wallace’s aide used the phrase, and the phrase appears in a book on African-Americans in the rural South.

i think judge judy wrote a book called dont pee on my leg and tell me its raining, but i think that exspression has been around for a long time, so the person who said it first must have been fooled one time and was like not again u wont pee on me and say its rain... not today
