What are some good websites for casting call auditions?

There are several but the best and most reputable in my opinion are:
http://www.backstage.com/bso/index.jsp (casting search)
and
http://actorsaccess.com/ (create a free account then search the breakdowns) you have to pay to submit electronically but it's free if you do hardcopies which is to mail them in. Not always an option, but sometimes it is. You can also subscribe to showfax for $68 per year which gives you one year of unlimited e-submissions on actorsaccess and sides services from showfax. It's worth it if you plan to submit a lot, so check out how much is actually going on in your area first.

Do NOTHING without your parents permission.

good luck!

Unfortunately most casting calls, or more to the point the ones provided by breakdown services, are just that. A service that must be paid for. And while you didn't specify if you were looking for theatrical or stage audtions, most of the information will apply to both areas. As a general rule of thumb, free casting calls are going to be for roles that are paying little to no money. Usually student films, low to no budget independants, music videos etc... Most of the people that get into these projects do so in order to gain work experience, hone their craft, and gain credits and/or connections with people in the inductry. You can always find listing for these types of casting calls at craigslist and even on myspace in the actor's groups. Your other option is to either sign with an agent or manager who has access to the daily breakdowns, or subscribe to one of the on-line services. These services list paying roles as well as non-paying, but also make a distinction between union and non-union roles. Ohio is obviously not really a mecca for the entertainment world so it may be difficult to find many mainstream casting calls in your area. However one other option you may want to look into is to go down to the local university and inquire into their drama deprtment. More and more these departments have a television and movie section and often times solicit outside help to produce their projects. Especially for students who are studying to become directors. Unfortunately when you decide to do this for a living it costs you a fair amount of money. Between headshots, subscriptions, fuel, travel time, parking etc. it can all really add up. If you decide to use a service like actor's access, La casting, or now casting, just be certain when you submit to a job that you fit the role and it's something that you can really do. Use your best judgement and you'll be fine.

There are none. Dont fall for any that are suggested because you will never get cast through them. There is no quick and easy way to be an actor you have to spend years of study, experience and training to be an actor. And, oh yeah, if you are under 18, you need your parents' consent.

www.exploretalent.com. It's free to post your actors resume and headshots and it has a lot of auditions around the world.
They will ask you to pay if you're interested in submitting your resume if you want to attend the audition though.
