He says it was from when he was circumcised, but it is no where near the circumcision site. It almost looks as if something cut the skin and left this ring or possibly someone burnt the penis with a round old fashioned car lighter except this is at least quarter size.

why would you care about a personal scar he has? Let him be, he probably had it before he met you. Not only are you trying to be sneaky by posting this question but you are literally telling the whole world about yer husbands penis and his scar. Grow up.

You already married him. Relationships are built on trust. Now everyone knows your husbands wanker has a scar on it. This is waaaayyyyy to much information for us to know about a man's penis.
