A penis becomes erect when blood flow increases into the penis. This is caused by either sensations to your penis (the rubbing of clothing or a brush against an object), mental stimulation (thinking of something that sexually arouses you), or can be due to the influx of hormones that your body is dealing with.
Don't sweat it. Almost every man has gone through having an unexpected erection.

Penises do that sometimes. It can be caused by friction of your penis against your underwear/clothes. Maybe you're having "sexy" thoughts. Don't sweat this one. You're perfectly normal.
