The reason for this is because there was some hearsay about him still being married to this woman...even though we have been living together for the pass 3 years and was dating 3 years. He did tell me when i met him that they were divorce. however some suspicious **** has been going on with his baby momma and his 14 year old daughter. rather not go into detail but.. is there a way i can obtain marriage records to protect.. actually we talked about marriage in the pass, but having so many financial problems couldnt quite get around to it.

You should have looked into this BEFORE you moved him in. What difference would it make now?

You can look at all public records in most places. I live in Ohio and most of the counties here have their own government web site that you can search for a lot of different things. Google your and see if you can find it. You can ask him to show you his divorce decree and yes he was given a copy if he was divorced. Don't keep a man that is lying to you if you find out that he is and keep looking until you find the truth. Good luck girl I think that you need it.

Best to ask him. You will know answer after 6 years. You may not want to know answer , but you will. I believe you already know the answer. Just can't believe answer yet.

Now you will need truth / confirmation / proof.

call her and ask ? go see her / no record. her word against yours.

you can call clerk of court of your county state. 411 it and for your ___ county clerk of the courts office.

call and ask them to tell you who records divorce / how you can get a copy of a divorce record / case .

they will have names in computer.

last .. you can call CHEATERS on TV .. or you can pay a private investigator to keep tabs on him.

Where did he get his divorce...call that town's Marriage License department - and ask them this question.

A divorce is a matter of public record - and you should be able to see it in writing that the marriage was disolved.
