I was looking through some spare change acouple weeks ago,
And stumbled upon this very odd coin.

I don't think its American because it has no date or any writing for that matter.

Well to discribe the coin,
It is copper,
And on one side it has what looks like some kind of palace,
With four almost round towers at the top,
Then a small gate at the bottom of this “palace”.

On the other side,
It has what looks like...
I honestly have no idea.
The best i can describe it,
Is a shriveld up wagon wheel.
It almost looks like theres a peace symbol at the top.

So if ANYONE has information or know what this coin is and how much its worth.

-THANKS :D

This is one that I have that matches your description. I too wondered if it might be some type of middle eastern coin or something. I asked about it on the coin forum that I frequent. I was told that it is an arcade token to Aladdin's palace.

Here's the thread if you would like to read it:

I later found out someone else had the same coin in question and here's that topic:

I was at the coin store yesterday and was looking through some tokens and there were several others that looked the same as this coin. There was also another one that actually said Aladdin's Palace on it. So maybe there are two types of Aladdin's Palace tokens.

Hope this helps!
Good luck!

You'd probably be better served if you started locally and actually visited a coin collector-based business. At least here in Boston, there are several brick-and-mortar businesses that deal in coins. They have books and other supplies and can also steer you right about things like having coins authenticated and sealed in airtight sleeves - something I didn't know about for many years because my coin collecting merely picked up where my dad had left off, and he had absolutely no idea!!!! You really want to talk with someone in a store that actually sells coins; don't leave it to a website: there are too many "cons" on line.

I have no idea. There might be some symbols on it, can you describe those? I have this big jar of coins I have collected from my travels around the world. I looked through all of the copper ones but none of them look like the one you described.
