I want to plan a trip to ..?

Mexico in December with my best friend. where did you go ?Any sugestions? I've only been to T.J. yuck... will i need a passport? someone said i might need one now?!?

I'm planning a trip to SoCal in November,but I can do without TJ.Maybe Baja?
